Food and Health

One of my good friends used to have allergies to wheat and dairy. I remember whenever she would eat these foods she would get really bad stomach aches and sometimes break out in hives. Food is a big part of our health. I am the kind of person who doesn't know when to stop eating because I rarely feel full. If there is a bowl of sweedish fish on the table I will just keep eating them. However, about an hour later, I feel really sick and regret eating them. I never seem to learn my limits and my health is significantly influenced by the way I eat. Also after days like Halloween or Christmas when I eat lots of junk food, I feel terrible.

I totally agree! It feels great to eat so much at one point, then you feel so gross later!

Food allergies are a real pain in the neck. I used to be allergic to chocolate, can you believe that? It gave me rashes. And I have the same habit with popcorn as you do with swedish fish. I can eat through an entire bucket of popcorn at the movies and I come home feeling like a pressurized can of lard. But man, popcorn is so worth it.

HALLELUJAH I'm not the only one that almost never feels full! If food's in front of me...I can't just leave it there. And as guilty as I feel after an indulgence, I can never seem to learn my limits either:P
