Four Wheeling

This Thanksgiving break I got to visit my grandparents in southern Utah in a small town called Hurricane. Some of my other cousins were there and we had a great time. My grandparents own two four wheelers and my uncle brought up three more so we had a blast. They live pretty close to the sand dunes and they were absolutely gorgeous. I love the red colored sand contrasted with the green weeds and blue sky. We rode around for hours exploring new trails, higher jumps, and steeper slopes. It was so refreshing and its times like those when I really appreciate nature and how beautiful our earth is. The weather was perfect and sunny and it gave me renewed energy to endure the rest of the semester.

Is Hurricane actually pronounced like the word "hurricane?" My grandparents also live in a Hurricane (it's in West Virginia), and there's is pronounced like Hurr-uh-cun.

Four wheelers?! I'm so jealous. That sounds like a blast and a half! I love how refreshing four wheeling can be too:)
